Description:
1983 RENAULT 5 GORDINI TURBO
Car is in good working order.
It's a bit scruffy and could do with some tlc.
It runs great and is great to drive.
It has had a new engine 6 months ago.
New steering rack 6 months ago.
4X New tyres 6 months ago.
New ball joints 6 months ago.
New brake pads and discs 6 months ago.
New battery 6 months ago.
It has a electric cut off switch under the bonnet.
It has an immobiliser in the car.
It has no tax or MOT but I can MOT it for a price.
This car is rare and fantastic to drive.
It would make a great track car or run around car.
I don't have any of the standard interior.
It has some rust but the car is very strong.
Previous history:
Was bought in 2007 with 70000 miles on the clock. It had been left in a garden for two and a half years with no bonnet or cover on it after a front end shunt. I paid £150 for it and started the project. I got it back together and running only to find out that it needed major engine work doing.
After months of looking I found a engine to replace the damaged one in it. I'm now in the middle of replacing the engine to get this classic motor back on the road.
